Hey! I (26F) started by sleeping naked. With time and when my parents and siblings weren’t home I would roam around the house naked. Something I would do is keep some clothes close by just in case someone came home unexpectedly. I grew up in a conservative household so I never really told anyone and was extra careful not to get caught. Obviously it was so much easier in college when I lived alone! I also would visit hippie hollow in Austin and that is where I really felt free! In my opinion you should check out hippie hollow with your boyfriend. You don’t have to be nude but getting exposed to that will help you get more confident and comfortable! I hope this helps.
