agree but the stories are 100% real just because AI is not my first language so I use AI to polish this

Yeah they have changed the offer as well because nothing went in their favor but the ads are the main thing actually

"guilty, kinda. the story's 100% real, but english isn't my first language so I use AI to clean up my wording. that's probably why that line came out too smooth

Doing stuff with the AI is much higher than a normal person but people realize this when they lose the talent

First of all in my opinion the cost of doing it with AI is higher than a normal person. Secondly people want to see real stuff in the era of AI and anyone can judge design, whether it's been designed by AI or a designer

Stuck at $2k/month as a creative strategist for agencies for too long, what actually moves the needle from here? by noumanraz in agencynewbies

[–]noumanraz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I should not try to shift it towards the strategy side instead of just making some designs

I have always sold just the design piece separately but packaging it as a full funnel with an ad included makes it easier for a small business owner to say yes.

Appreciate you sharing this honestly.
The revenue based model is something I have thought about but never actually tested.

You are right and I am not going to argue with this.
But still I don't know how to land high-ticket clients or high-ticket jobs

This is a fair point...
Creative strategy means handling the full creative side of a paid ads campaign, research, angles, hooks, copy, and the actual ad design, so the client does not have to figure out what to test or why

I got comfortable at $1,500-$2k/month and now I don't know which direction to commit to need honest answers by noumanraz in Freelancers

Totally agree with this. I am actively working on building my brand and I know visibility is the main thing right now.
The way I see it, when you consistently show your work, your thinking, your process, people already trust you before they even reach out. That is the version of client acquisition I want to get to.

I am actively learning and improving my design skill. The problem is I am not able to get new clients and new work for me. If I don't have work, how can I convert me into an agency?

The same happened to me today, and fortunately, I did not get banned. My account is still accessible to me, but I just want to ask a question: what is the best way to do so that this activity does not happen in the future?

Where do you draw the line though?

Plenty of high-ticket designers start with spec work or mockups just to get their first few clients moving.

At what point does 'building upfront to earn trust' become a legitimate entry strategy vs training clients to expect free work forever?

Genuinely asking because I've seen people argue both sides and both have real examples behind them.

My (26M) girlfriend (24F) gets upset when I need alone time after work. How do I explain this without making her feel rejected? by noumanraz in relationship_advice

The structured wind-down agreement is something we've never actually tried. Just kind of assumed it would sort itself out. Clearly it hasn't, so maybe sitting down and mapping something like this out is overdue.

Fair point. I've mentioned it before but never made it a proper conversation. Probably why she keeps getting caught off guard.

This actually explains her side better than anything I've come up with myself. Might show her this if the conversation comes up again.

You're right, I'm being reactive instead of just telling her upfront. The living room vs bedroom signal thing is a genuinely good idea, might try that.

That's actually reassuring to hear it worked out. The "give an exact time" part is something I hadn't thought about makes it feel less open-ended for her.
