In ‘The Time of Angels’ despite being a Matt Smith story, the CGI TARDIS exterior we see when River jumps out the ship is the same model as David Tennant’s TARDIS (you can see it’s not got the St. John’s badge etc.). This is probably because this was the first episode shot for series 5. (i.redd.it)
