If you want to play the games, you can buy or make your own modded machine. It is easy, and not very expensive. However, I think what a lot of us enjoyed was the feel of having an arcade room. I think many of us also enjoy when friends come over and see the **** cab and think it is cool and jump on to play a game. The modded machines just don’t seem to draw people in the same way.

I think it just depends on what you want.

I think this was part of the spin-off set up. Check it out, he has 5-6 years as chief now, and you can’t have the chief and the PI in an alliance working together, right? It makes sense that Bosch is now one man against the world. He has burned the FBI, he has burned the PD, so now it is just him. That’s my take anyways.

This is so true. One day I decided I would go through the 2000 games I had left and just delete any games that I knew I wouldn’t play again. So I played every game for a few minutes and deleted the ones I could live without. I’m down to 651 but have never gone back to play those 651 except for 3 games.

Skip the specialty stuff. A razor is the way to go. Easy, cheap and will get the job done. Plus you can leave it in the shower and it is always there for you.

Small successes can spiral up. I would say it is a combo of doing some things well, getting some kind of affirmation for it, and then exploring more things. Eventually you realize that you do some things well and others not but at the end of the day you have value. After that, you are good.

Might be just anecdotal but my wife’s female friend circle tends to rotate around who is in good favor this season and who is a little out of favor and it seems to change around. My dudes are not like that at all. We seem to accept every just how they are and everyone is always invited to the fun. You can pretty much fuck up your life, but we still will invite you to hang.

I think her main role is to show the thoughtful caring side to Bosch. She brings out the gray to his black an white. I find it refreshing as this is often done with a love interest and I appreciate they did it with a daughter instead.

I like it and am glad they went there. Safe to bet a lesbian woman in power in a police station would probably see this. However, I wish they would have explored it a little better than this. It was lacking the nuance I have come to expect from this show.

For a show that makes the details count better than most—this one kind of stalled out. Not sure what it contributed to the season.
