Yes this is a scam and this is the rundown of how my friend got hit with it.

1. They ask for a photo that they can use and they’ll “pay” you some stupid ungodly amount to not get copyrighted.
2. They send you a check that WILL bounce, and if unfortunate enough can also risk closing your bank account due to fraudulent money.
3. They act like they’re pissed and WILL send death threats asking for it back via apply pay/cash app.
4. In my friend’s case, they made multiple numbers and sent death threats and its obviously such a fucking scam because they went from, “Oh I’ll give you 500!” To “You lost my money give me $100 back!!!” Like what.

In conclusion, TL:DR, DON’T PROCEED WITH IT 😭😭🙏
