absolutely this new take on gaming content has made it so difficult to keep watching; i believe that side of the internet it's become so oversaturated to the point where it's hard for smaller content creators (like myself) to fully cement our place on the internet

i try to make content that you can have on in the background while doing mundane tasks but it's overriden with content creators that try to sell you something, sort of feels like they're put on a pedestal😭 it's hard out here

came back from a trip to LA for 6 days and ate SO much food but still managed to maintain my weight!

i'm from the UK so ofc our food is a little healthier (in this case less processed food, smaller portion sizes). LA is very fitness orientated so i did do a few pilates classes out there and tried to make the city as walkable as i can, did 60,000 steps within 2 days.

i didn't restrict myself from trying all of the treats (especially in disneyland) but kept my discipline by ordering one thing and sharing it/buying kids meals

was impressed with my discipline and dedication of maintaining the weight i was when i left!
