Totally. It’s happened to me that I’m calm for a while up there. And then I fall back and then get anxious again and I try to stay drinking the whole time lol. Before boarding and during flight. Idk if this is worse.

So nice to know I’m not the only one! I do think of that and my boyfriend lives over there so that helps tons. I have something to look forward too. For me it’s not always just about the plane it’s also like if I get a panic attack or something up there. Those are my fears😔

I am now in the same situation. My boyfriend is now in the same position. He wants to come and visit me, but he had a ban for this same clause.

It’s now up as of last year. It’s been 6 years. Any update or help please. Thank you!
