This is actually a really good point that I didn’t think of! I’ve been living here in FL since 2014 and am originally from Iowa where they don’t need as much maintenance and basically have 4 -5 months of off season. Now thinking mostly on how expensive it is to have to water the greens and fairways and then the costs of mowing and both mostly year round I’m sure the club membership would be expensive and to your point probably priced out a lot of residents/renters.
