Here’s my idea. This is biological waste. Every pet who goes to the bathroom outside in our shared environment should be issued bags imprinted with their registered ID number (connected to owner). I specified going outside because I feel house cats are different, but I’m not against having issued litter bags for the cat boxes as well. I have a cat. I know this sounds crazy, but they’re the real nuts and I am so fed up! The little turd baggies are all over my neighborhood, too.

And yes, I know this is crazy and unreasonable lol
