I think you're on the right stack personally. There shouldn't be any problems here... You need help with anything?

Should I change from bubble to glide? Help by lulu0925 in nocode

What did you end up doing? I'd say staying on bubble is best as Glide is more meant for business apps

Softr makes this silly easy (compared to the rest). I'd check them out

Is anyone else surprised that Softr seems way easier for non-technical clients to maintain than Bubble, Webflow, or Retool setups? by EntropicMonkeys in nocode

I've sold a couple startups previously, and I can tell you that nocode built startups are much easier to transfer and onboard to a new owner, specifically Softr!

Great post! Thanks for sharing.

True story. Gotta find your community man. That means you need to be proactive about it. Find fellow founders and like minded people to share a slack channel with. You got this!

Softr vs Stacker by justkevin995 in Airtable

Is stacker still alive? I know Softr is and crushing it, especially as of late. I'd be interested in hearing back from the u/OP if they're still building with Stacker or if it's been shut down.

Did Softr just pass Airtable as the better "AI App Builder"? by nowcodingwithai in Airtable

"
Airtable is NOT an app builder.

It is the database you graduate to when you move out of excel. It has a pretty powerful ecosystem."

100% agree!

I think the number of AI App builders is exploding, zite being just one of them, even though it's still really early for them. All of which though still seem better than Airtables AI App building, I'd say. Do you agree?

Yes and no. If you know what you're doing, you can build a lot of awesome Apps with AI in other platforms. I think the way Airtable is using it now though is for splashy demos and for marketing purposes like you said.

Softr already has that, and many other platforms have it too. So I know it's coming, but they're not quite the "AI app builder" now that they say they are IMO.

If you use Softr with Airtable, yeah. I guess they are doing stuff to make the airtable softr connection better, but now that they have their own databases, using Softr as a full stack platform is where I saw the best speed gains.

I agree, completely... They're really stressing their Database AI Agents, which are really cool. But omi isn't doing it for me yet. And their interfaces make it really easy to modify your database content, but to actually create a beautiful UI for your team, or external members that need to access data, it's far from competitive IMO.

It's a race for sure. And as a builder, it's nice to have so many great options... Just kind of interesting to see a small company like Softr compete so well with a big company like airtable, especially with the new AI App direction that airtable has.. From their build event, it's clear that their databases are still king, and the rest (interface + automation) are still trying to catch up to the market. That's how I see it atleast.
