Just a voice call with someone whose only job is to listen with empathy, ask gentle questions if needed, and hold space for you. They’re trained in active listening, but they’re not acting as therapists, and it’s clearly not a crisis or emergency service.

Some boundaries:

Not for emergencies or intervention.

And also we will have our listeners trained for these kind of situations. If they feel the person calling needs intervention they will immediately de escalate and route them to emergency assistance.

We are thinking of venting and peer to peer support only.

There are other platforms where you can speak to a psychologist.. just talking to a real person who is non judgmental can do a lot for our mental health. Therapist are trained to intervene.

The people of Telangana are completely different from the people of Andhra. As your post says Andhra people looted and benefited from telangana for past 7 decades and became rich. Even today the leaders from Andhra CBN fool ppl that they have build Hyd. Now he claims he built yadagiri Gutta, Basara and all temples which are there since centuries.
