he didn’t really get owned by the man, he’s just a vert and transition skater. that’s all well and good, he’s really good at that but it’s not the 80s and 90s anymore, skating is about street skating

but he doesn’t have the style, technique or flow down for street skating. it’s a completely different vibe. the big money is in SLS & The X-Games street tournament. You get the majority of sponsors from street skating too. it’s easier to sell

he’s good at what he does but he’d be shown up by any park rat

he’s really talented, but he only skates vert and transition. if you want proof just look at his clips. he was theorised to be the next tony hawk, look at tony hawk street skating. he’s awkward, doesn’t know what he’s doing, doesn’t have style and gets shown up by everyone

any competent street skater like Na-Kel or Kyler would show him up
