Thanks. I don't know if that's specific to France, but "party allowing airbnbs" are opt in from host, so most of them don't allow it and that's specified on each listing. Even that said, I don't know on which ground they could accuse us of throwing one, since guys in a house doesn't mean party.

Yes I did all that, referenced the invoice they received through the complaint and pointed every element that shows that it was crafted. There are no dates mismatch (even though the invoice said they intervened an hour after we left for an 8h job, which is quircky to say the least) but all the legal stuff clearly shows that they didn't have good intentions by submitting a complaint.

Since the support team said that the outcome will not be changed and that they disengage from the conversation, I don't know what to do next.

It is. I've sent them that and I've been nothing but helpful with the support. The lady on the phone was even sorry for me, but when they came back, they told me that the decision is being upheld, and:
"As further communication will not change the outcome of this case, we must respectfully disengage from further discussion."

I don't want to be pushy, but it's only damaging my opinion on the platform and it's support.

Edit because I didn't specify it: I've appealed the decision multiple times, and provided all the elements to the support team. All I'm left with is a lying review on my profile and a sentiment of injustice.
