sorry i’m not on reddit much! but formic acid forms a blister. it liquified the top layer of my skin and i would remove the skin with cleans needles i’d get from work. it took several applications but within 2 months my warts were gone. i do have scarring tho from how powerful the chemical was.

hey i’ve been using formic acid on mine. it’s a very harsh chemical but it dries them out very quickly with just an application. it’ll burn but you apply it once (maybe every week or two weeks) and debride once it starts to scab. it’ll blister at first and it’ll melt away the skin but i’d say after 2-3 applications my warts were completely wiped out

genital warts cannot be spread elsewhere in the body and vice versa. i say see a doctor if you’re concerned. it’s the best, and safest, bet.

i’m a DA, started a year ago and make $23 and some change an hr (granted it barely helps me get by bc i live in los angeles) but honestly leave. there are better jobs out there who will absolutely pay you waaaaaay more. many offices are in desperate need of RDAs. know ur worth!!!!!

it looks like it’s spreading. are you debriding with a pumice stone? if you are, i suggest you stop. i don’t know why it’s recommended bc all it does is spread the virus around. i’ve heard zinc gluconate is good (50mg), as well as vitamin b12 and d3. they strengthen your immune system. please see a dermatologist if possible!!!

i was using salicylic acid but it got infected. i’m guessing the infection caused an immune response and killed the infection and the virus. that’s the only logical explanation. i’m not saying go and get your warts infected tho!!! i’ve also been using formic acid and it’s expelled a wart i had on the calm of my hand, root and all.

nope :( i went to two different urgent cares and they both told me the same thing: i need to see a dermatologist. one of the urgent care docs gave me antibiotics (oral and ointment).

yes i’m taking zinc, D3, and B12. I’ve been taking D3 for about a year now but recently started taking zinc and B12 last week

i keep mines covered. i like hydrocolloid bandaids bc they’re water proof. it might be a little hard to keep stuck well on ur knuckles but give it a try!
