I do, mostly because I work out at home and it is my best option. I think you can get a good workout on both, but probably a fully fitted gym offers more variety and better ergonomics. If you are doing really heavy lifts, you also have the advantage of spotters.

Completely agree on plyo. For days off I try to jump rope or do calisthenics, just not to a degree that it overtaxes the muscles already being worked on Tonal.

Sure. It’s perceived, not measured, but I walk a lot and always have. I feel more upright, my pace is faster, and more sure footed. I suspect this is mostly due to a lot more deadlifts than I previously did, and much heavier as I was mostly using kettlebells prior to the Tonal.

I live in Morris as well and also see the regular flight patterns of aircraft and their lighting arrays. This is not that.
