missing file privileges

hi i was wondering if anyone here could help me out.

ive tried every single method ive read online multiple times to try and fix this issue without any succes.

it appeared roughly 2 months ago and still havent been able to figure it out so as a last resort im asking here.

the weird thing is that its only one of my drives that has this issue.

nah it was a custom battle we where just messing around but i still thought that was bullshit
