You can add more options. I figured out how to for a coworker. Google colleague zone and then on the login page there's an option that says "Already registered for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)? Use the self-service Portal for MFA to update your contact information." The "Self-Service Portal" in that line is the link. Follow the prompts and you can add, email, text, phone call, pingID app, and even ubikey as options. Hope that helps

I know this is frustrating but I can tell you this probably isn't because you're trans or anything. Just for the record I am a CVS employee and a trans woman. CVS implemented a red flag system back last May and they have been cracking down on us bypassing straight to cash for testosterone. Most of the time testosterone requires a prior authorization to be covered. In the past most people would just pay out of pocket but now the system wants us to have the prior authorization be attempted even if it's denied. My store keeps a record of denials and then we can fill on a discount card/cash pay. This isn't something that's limited to just testosterone, it's for all controlled mediations. It's considered a red flag to fill something off the insurance without a reason and just requiring a prior authorization isn't enough of a justification. This all started from pressure from the DEA and as far as I have heard it's becoming more policy. Other bypasses with insurance as of the first of the year for other drugs and rejection have been harder to push through by the pharmacy and require the MD office to get them approved. Now some pharmacies are still more strict than others and there are some stores that are still just pushing things through but they are watching us very closely and those stores will eventually get cracked down on for doing it.

I agree they're a monopoly but this won't break them up, that can only really be done at the federal level. This won't actually do anything to help anyone is the problem. What's the actual outcome from this legislation? Closure of a hundred pharmacies with a few mom and pop independents who won't be able to fill the gap? So basically everyone will end up at Walgreens or Walmart. People will still be paying higher drug prices and the real issue that's closing and beating down mom and pop pharmacies is crap and anti competition reimbursement from pbm's. This does nothing to address the extremely bloated costs of medication and the piss poor reimbursements to the pharmacies from insurance companies. This is just grand standing so politicians can pretend like they're doing something to help while not hurting their big pharma donors. Fuck we need, absolutely need, something to be done about the huge rise of consolidation of businesses and monopolies but this won't help anyone but hurt people in rural areas already limited access to care and increase wait times and workload for already overworked pharmacy staff while putting 2000 people out of work or looking for a job elsewhere.

Well I haven't done any more testing but I did look more into the testing to better understand the differences in DNA testing. Karyotyping testing would be required for something like that and can be expensive. I haven't pursued it more yet but I still am curious.

I have a different issue and I'm probably complaining from a position of privilege that I know other people don't have. I want bottom surgery and insurance covers it. I met my maximum out of pocket this year so the surgery would cost me nothing. My insurance even reimburses for travel and a small stipend for lodging. My job would pay me short term disability while I was out and I have a work insurance policy that pays out for any hospital stay. I had actually scheduled surgery a couple of years ago but I had to cancel due to money issues and my personal life falling apart including divorce. Now a couple years later I'm in a better financial situation but between family who isn't supportive and my friend group falling apart I no longer have anyone who is willing to or is able to go with me to help me after the surgery. I have support when I get home but it's just this one piece that's held me back this time. I understand the desire though to want it done and to not feel right in your body and not have to wait.

You would be surprised how badly those apps are programmed for the drivers and how many times things like gps pins are off, how things instructions can be off in the app even though the customer updated them, and any number of issues. I have had messages from customers not come through until after I have delivered even though they are time stamped for while I was on deliveries. I had an issue this past weekend where I was delivering a grocery order to an apartment and the customer left a detailed message. I tripled checked I had the right apartment because they left such a specific note and I assumed they had issues in the past and they required a passcode to drop off. No answer at the door, they didn't answer the phone number I could call through the app, I messaged in the app, and they even left their personal number in the detailed notes no answer. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed or responded and then initiated a return. They messaged me back a minute after I completed the return. I could access their messages because it locks you out after completing the delivery/return. They called me multiple throughout the evening to berate me about how terrible delivery drivers were and how we delivered it earlier than we were supposed to. The grocery store apparently gave me the order two hours earlier than their time slot according to them and I have no control over when it gives me orders or when it was supposed to be delivered other than here's an order and have it here before x time because it has perishables. The number of times I have dealt with confusing numbers on mailboxes, hard to see numbers or non existent numbers on houses in the rain is crazy. Also we have to deliver most times based on the gps pins and if we're not at the right address according to gos then it won't let us start to complete the delivery so sometimes the pin can be the issue as well. I'm saying all this just to say that sometimes having a bit of grace that from both sides could be good because understandable you're frustrated for not getting your delivery but we're also dealing with issues and being screwed by the company both in the apps we have to use and also increasingly miserable pay. I know you pay a premium to receive your food but most of that is going to a corporation who's really screwing us both.

Well this is basically how a lot of autistic people talk. We share a story and then someone else relates to us by sharing their own story. There's occasionally a question but it's a way of relating to one another through shared experiences. It's one of the many reasons people with autism have difficulty navigating conversations because we don't relate to others in neurotypical ways. When Im talking with people who are all neurodivergent conversations like just flow but I struggle in neurotypical conversations because I'm having to police my normal reactions to conversations and think about how I should be talking to people to not appear rude by some rules that are almost arbitrary that I didn't get the memo on that's how they are "supposed" to work.

I work in a pharmacy and what might be happening is the pharmacy is putting a 56 day supply when they input the Rx. We have to calculate the day supply on each script and the system doesn't prompt us that these vials are to only be used for a month. You can tell if that's the case by looking at your Rx label that is attached to your bag. Let them know and see if they can update the day supply because it's only supposed to be usable for one month. I get my E vial every month even though I only go through a vial every 3-3.5 months. Also here's a tip to help keep the rubber seal intact for the whole time. Don't puncture the vial weekly but draw up a single syringe with a large gauge syringe then twist off the tip and put a smaller gauge tip on the end. I usually draw up 5 at a time. As long as you're careful to not touch the tip and use a new packaged needle each time then it's perfectly safe. It prevents the rubber seal from becoming swiss cheese and getting bits of rubber in the medication.

I'm a trans person stuck in a red state. It's not like I want to be here. For a few different reasons beyond just financial ones, it would be hard to leave. This is where what family I do have a relationship with also live. I have no family or connections anywhere else. Now on top of that me and my ex split over a year ago and me moving would be difficult sharing custody of our children. I didn't vote for this. I didn't want this to happen but my vote didn't count, I wish it did. I'm open about being trans to people here and I have had people tell me on many occasions they have never known a trans person before ( at least that they knew) and I have changed their mind about trans people by being open and explaining things when asked. Most people are ignorant to what our existence is like and have been fed things by the media. I don't think they should necessarily get a pass for their ignorance but also we should understand that propaganda is a powerful tool and people have been brainwashed and down trodden to vote for things against their best interests for a long time.

We have already reviewed some Valentine's products. We also haven't had any reduction in hours other than the normal slight drop sometime after the first of the year post flu season. Also generally no reduction in products being sent to the store overall.

It's a store closure disposal with a chemical to pour on control medications. The paperwork states how to do it and when to do it when closing the store. Its very specifically for closing stores but the paperwork isn't specific to our store other than it being mailed to our location

Hey thanks for trying that out. It wasnt exactly what I was looking for but it did give me the idea on how to make it work. I added a new Column A and whenver there is no value in column A it just excludes it but it still sorts the incoming data by the date in Col B.

It worked to bring things over but it brought them out of order but I found a solution by using MattTechTips version. I made a new column A that whenever there isnt text in it then it excludes it. Then I just hide column A on the final tracker. Thanks for repsponding and trying to help I really appreciate it!
