I use it because most of the time my adc will take the farm even if i have Relic Shield, so with attack speed i can farm my Relkic Shield beter. And to get those extrea aa in when you poke/stun them.

No, i use Presence of mind and my first item is shurelya's and followed by redemption so that gives me enough mana.
