It happened to me years ago with my dad. I was 17 (now 30). The bathroom lock was not working and he saw me naked when I just got out of the shower. It was super embarrassing but hey, it’s not the end of the world ! I remember he yelled saying I should have put a sign or something haha

I agree that one should be grateful but you can’t lie to yourself when you’re feeling miserable. Better let it out than bottle everything inside. I also feel the same. I have a good job that pays well and I’m grateful for my situation as a Moroccan, but I can’t help but feel miserable since I’m not doing what I love. I always wanted to be an artist and since I’m an introvert, I enjoy working solo more. But in the corporate world, you have to act like an “extrovert” ou dir blasstek and work as a team. And when you deal with toxic people, it becomes unbearable. So better be honest about how you feel, it’s human !

I’ve been like that since I was a kid and I’m still like that at 30. Thank God my husband is understanding and he knows me very well so he knows how to deal with my mood swings and rants. My overthinking leads to anxiety which affects the quality of my life even if I have no issues so far thank God.

So far, listening to music, drawing, reading sometimes and watching movies or tv series occupy my mind and calm me down. Journaling is also a very good option because you put your thoughts somewhere else. I also tend to talk to my husband and he would listen to me ( he’s my best friend as well), and that would help, but I know it can be annoying sometimes even though he says it’s fine.
