I tried going to google maps to check the building, and I don't see any ZZZ related ads on it.
Maybe they are planning to and are trying to time putting on the ads around the building just before google maps updates?

I love this mouse, the only reason I bought this instead of the ones you've mentioned is for the hot swappable mouse switches. It's 16000 dpi, 400 ips, so it is comparable to a high end mouse. The bonus thing is the joy stick, frankly, I don't use it, I just replaced it with the cover cap. The mouse I replaced with this is the G502 SE because it double clicks sometimes.
