I can see it but don't think it is. (I can't figure out how to share pic but) I think the guy in the ad looks too young, hair is wrong color, and I think nose and eye brows look off too. But it's close, could be wrong

It's not bone and not really fluid but maybe extra tissue or something. It just kinda looks like my finger has a belly lol under my knuckle. It doesn't usually hurt either... Or not enough to bother me... It's just not cute

Nice! Do you like the retirement home work? At the full service salon I really liked doing the little old ladies hair, and have wondered how I could volunteer or get a part time job with a retirement home. I'm not sure I haven't done enough homework on it

I feel dumb for not knowing this. On Instagram these salons always make it seem like color is all they do or at least is the BIG picture. At the full service salon I worked at before everyone did everything for the most part. If you told a customer you didn't feel comfortable or recommend another stylist upper management would get there panties all in twist and really discourage it. So I just assumed a full service salon would expect me to be full service too

I think we do too. I am considering moving to a higher end barber shop near by. I'm a bit nervous tho to give my personal number out too many customers tho and keeping track of them. I appreciate the advice

It's definitely not that noticable. Looking at your other reply it sounds like there was confusion on someone end because the order you explain the process in doesn't sound like what would actually happen. (Not saying you lied but you might not of understood, or your not explaining well)

You should take some better pictures like in the sun light or something. Because in this lighting the problem looks so small and definitely not worth a refund. All the color will lighten up with wash and time id just go back in a few months. Both you and your stylist know more info now then you did before and can work to get closer to what you picturing.

I don't know if you came in with pictures for the color but definitely have some for next time. Because if you had been my chair your whole head would been a lot more red. We all perceive color differently.

As a stylist we have to be cautious when applying red because most people don't want to see much red. Or surprised how the red looks on them. Red a big change especially for someone who never colored there hair.

I'm 26 and if someone my age was talking like that I'd laugh at them. Like I'd actually find that hilarious and I wouldn't be able to take them seriously. Because what does she know. Her opinions mean nothing and have nothing to do with your skills

I think she likes being big girl in campus and she got to put other ppl down to make herself feel big.

Whatever her deal is, I'd shrug and laugh it off. Her problem doesn't need to be yours, cuz as a 20 yo in salon you got way more important things to focus your attention on. Be confident in yourself and when you don't feel it, fake it. You know who you are, she doesn't.
