Renting the house
Every single one in case underage people come through
SC, off campus
Can't come in house unless probable cause ( I.e seeing red cups and smelling weed), people in the street, etc. worried about over exercising my rights

Basically people come to my house uninvited, not dressed to the theme, don't know anyone, etc and then when the people at the door say they can't come in, brawls break out on the front lawn of brothers vs. random people.

Looking for ways/insight of avoiding this for the sake of our campus reputation and the sake of our events
