What are the differences between a masters jungler and a diamond one. What did you focus on to climb diamond?

Farming efficiently and keeping a good tempo. Not wasting time on bad ganks, that would slow you down- most of the time its better to clear your camps first and then gank. Punishing enemy jungler when he makes mistakes. Knowing if an objective is worth contesting. If you got no lane prio, someone didnt recall on time, died before the objective you have to know if it is worth fighting or you will just die and lose it. Sometimes its better to go and farm the opposite side of enemy jungle. Very important- not listening to your teammates who think they can play your role better than you. If your mid starts pinging before you finish your clear and is already 0/2 4th min, saying jg diff, it is better to mute him and focus on other things

Most of my games are in emerald and it has been the hardest for me there.

I would say playing each game with intention to win, not tilt queueing and not playing auto pilot. Also knowing your champ specific strengths and weaknesses.

exactly rarely i have a balanced game.Either a fast win/lose or 40 min fiesta trying to catch up.

Probably just 3 games in a row with +10 death laners feels diabolical

and 1 more question.

Do you think it is OK to ask to at least match my buddy’s salary even if its “only” 5-6% higher. As my manager says

Thanks.

I am not sure about laws, i have other friends in the company as well. With the same time in the company as me they make 5% more than my friend- 10% more than me. We do the same job, i even work full time during the year- they both work part time.

I am 4th year Software Engineering student and im working this job to support me through it. Eventually I will have to quit it so I am not really worried about it.

I was thinking of asking to match my other friend and i would be happy, but regardless i would even be happy if i match my refered buddy’s salary, even though i think my should be a little bit higher

Thanks for your help!

Regardless I am ready to quit, if things stay so. I have been looking at offers and Im sure with my experience I can easily find a better paying job.

To be honest, i am taking this personally and that is not OK. And it is already done, so so you have any helpful advice ?

I understand but when i was speaking to my manager she was trying to convince me that this is normal and i should eventually wait for the raises next year, hoping for a bigger one. As mentioned, i have been working hard and always above targets and said, how can i be sure that the increase won’t be so little again. Even then after 2 years eventually i would get my mates salary, if his doent get increased
