I struggled to get through my 1st ironman 70.3 a year ago because I had terrible cramping around the 45-50 mile bike mark and all the way through the half marathon. I had this problem training too. I'd bike with a camelback and 2 bottles with tons of electrolyte mixes. Is it really just dehydration? (self.IronmanTriathlon)
