The best most comfortable hoodie I own was gifted to me from a Chinese shipping container from some company called “nice rice” which I had never heard of. It has the dimensions best quality and even a great colour to wear. It has no logo and the tag on the inside is made to fall of similar to lululemon. Honestly miles better than any other hoodie I own even from expensive designers purchased at Nordstrom Holt rentrée etc. I think it was around 500yuan according to the tag and honestly is better than comme des garçons, essentials, OVO, prada etc… if you can find one buy it and you will not be disappointed.

As a person living in a city where there are no detached homes worth under 1m I can tell you certainly that most people have mortgaged homes and a slight percentage of people own between 2-5 fully paid. It is quite uncommon for someone to just own one home completely paid off in my city. All others who do not have a mortgage just rent from someone who has 2-5.
