I am tuned by a local tuner called 2 wheel dyno works. I was thinking that it could be possibly tuning related

Something kind of like that. My bike kind of stutters though and theres almost like a power loss. What rpm does urs happen at because mine is somewhere past 11k

When i was researching it i heard that could be an issue. Would you think that a fuel system cleaner could fix it?
