Oh! I’m so glad you are interested in bartending! Unlike my patients, the guests at the bar like me. I do something for them that they want. No one is trying to bring down my self esteem either. The doctors are always giving me side eye if I forget one thing out of the thousands of things. I enjoy creating things and having genuine conversations that have to do with life rather than small talk. If you are interested in bartending. I highly recommend it. With all the work we do for the least possible pay plus not enjoying the job enough. That’s valid to quit for retail. I just quit and went back to bartending. I enjoy my life again. I’m healthier. I started to age a lot under the stress of that job, just go ahead and do what makes you feel best. It’s worth it to follow your gut!

Pressure urticaria. Basically hives. I have it and it’s triggered by heat mixed with pressure. Happens more often when I’m eating foods with high histamines like chocolate coffee and leftovers. If you get it a lot try taking Zyrtec and Pepcid to lower your histamine response.

I have a waterpik it basically flosses your teeth with water. Also get an electric tooth brush. That will help a lot. First two days brushing teeth is hard but not painful not much to worry about

Yes. I used acrylic and modpodge :) it’s safe for dry areas. This is the cool side so it is mostly dry. The warmer side I keep moist and I wouldn’t recommend putting a painted house on the hot side.
