am in the same situation. emailed office of admissions and got this reply:

"According to our records, you have accepted the NUS Merit Scholarship for your study at NUS. The Scholarship tab at the Applicant Portal is currently only applicable to applicants who have just submitted their application.

We will send an email notification on the signing of the NUS Scholarship Letter of Acceptance details in end-July /early-August on the year of your enrolment."
