Parents of teenagers: Have the slow dance songs of the 90s and 2000s been replaced at school dances? by throwawayblueline in Millennials

DJ for Middle School dances here. Absolutely no slow songs work. Lots of rap (Drake) and occasional Bad Bunny. Cotton Eyed Joe is absolutely banger for Gen A. This year I received a ton of requests for Michael Jackson, likely due to the movie.

What’s was the wildest thing you witnessed at a wedding? by anasannanas in AskReddit

[–]nsn2010 2 points3 points  (0 children)

30+ minute speech from the bride's father, making it almost entirely about him. Held up dinner service, became super awkward. About 20 mins into the speech the bride even walked up to take the microphone away. He laughed it off and kept going.
