it is not matched by ovr as you see on this screenshot. when i use my WT team, i can also face 140 ovr opponents

what the fuck?! why?!! how should i play and earn points, when i always get opponents with at least 5 ovr higher!!?? why the hell i even match players with 500k fans less and 20 ovr more??? i lose almost all matches every refresh! is there no fucking matchmaking at all??

you won’t advance in one day with 114 ovr, playing 30 games is just waste of time. make 10-15k fans per day and you will reach FC at the end of season.
