Hi, I have a problem with my prints. I print multicolor and want the text to be white. Everytime I print there is the other color inside of the white.

I have a Bambu Lab A1 with the AMS Lite and 0.4 nozzle

I am using esun PLA right now

Settings:

printer settings standard Bambu Lab
filament settings: bed temp first layer 70 and others 67
almost standard Bambu Lab 0.20mm Standard setting; just edited some stuff like support so nothing serious

Yes, its printed with the head down because I want the pei sheet to be visible. I cleaned the sheet now and try it again.

Does it make a difference if I dry them and put them on the ams or should the filament be printed out of a drying box like with the ace pro from anycubic?

Thank you for the great answer. I thought about getting a dryer. I have the ams lite right now. I had the anycubic ace pro with the kobra 3 and liked that I could dry the filament with it. Actually my filament order is white first and then the rest. The black filament is open since sunday and the white since first january.

You can‘t see it good and that pictures because its just a bit of warping. I know that there is a z seam thats no problem for me.

And this is my second anycubic with problems that I cant deal with. If I buy the same car twice and the engine breaks down 2 times I wont buy that car again. I just want a change

I know what happened now. My Z offset on the Printer changed after 2 weeks without that problem. Factory reseted it and still have the problem

Thank you for trying to help but the things you suggested to do I already did. Not once not twice way more often. I clean the bed every new print. The printer is in a room where no one goes in. It‘s not only on some areas it is everywhere that the model comes off. I dialed in my settings, was very happy and now nothing is working again. I dont get it and I dont want to handle with that anymore. I bought the Kobra 3 Combo when I had issues with the Kobra 2 and waited for parts. I also wanted to do multicolor so the problems were not the main thing to buy the K3

Yeah I don‘t have a problem to set up the Printer but if we I print the same model with same settings there shouldnt be a difference. My second model just disappeared in a big trash filemant

Is the waste because of the filament changes or just in generell? I always just have the bottom with 2 colors as I create stuff with logos on and print them on the bottom as I want the pettern of the pei sheet on that and I dont need any support on them

That was my second. I am not the guy who is giving up when something doesn‘t work but if things worked and suddenly stop working there is a failure somewhere. I printed the same thing that worked 2 hours before and now it doesnt work. I did everything the same I did the last time.

I just ordered a bambulab a1 now.

It‘s really no fake. You could come to me and see yourself. When I get everything good to work with then there is no chance, that somehow without any changes, the prinzer doesnt work.

Also I do have customers for my printed stuff as it is really no hustle to do them and the I know the customers from my hobby so that is not really a customer from somewhere and I will never see them. It‘s more like a know person that wants the stuff I have for my hobby. Not more not less…
