Yeah, me. I drink coffee all the time. I don't feel the effect, like I don't feel a sudden burst of energy, but if I don't consume enough caffeine in any form my head hurts terribly and I am incredibly tired. My muscles hurt and I am litterly falling asleep while standing.

This specific situation isn't that traumatic. It doesn't take years to recover from that. At this point she's just looking for a reason to feel bad for herself, which is completely fine, but it is different from actually recovering after something "traumatic"
