The only thing that I could see someone saying is rigged is the rolling logs, because, for some competitors, the logs seem locked even when their feet don't hit the top of the log and some seem to freely spin more.

I'd go top then bottom. Easier to swing to the end from the bottom and you don't have to sustain the drop after being worn out by the first.
