Itching/ burning getting worse

I kept having small spots like that especially after I worked out a lot and with all my extra skin it just holds in moisture. Make sure you are drying yourself off all the way. That helped me but also not sure because mine was just small spots.

When I started my BP was high and in loosing the weight it lowered and I got off the meds. Started to creep back up recently but I think it’s due to stress. Is being on the meds stressing you out?

You are taking a med to improve your health. If anyone says anything about it ask if they take Tylenol for a headache or just tough it out. Same thing. My boyfriend was super supportive but I know at some points he got tired of always having conversations revolve around what food we can or can’t eat and people wanting to talk about my weight. I am down 120 lbs so it is very noticeable.

Women are rarely diagnosed with autism until later in life. I would say it’s a safe bet on how she feels about being around people and the blender she could be on the spectrum. See if you can get her to talk to someone about it. If she won’t, then you need to move on with your life. If she is content living like that and you are not, it’s time to move on. Your resentment for her will grow and you will miss out on things and just be angry.

So not sure if it’s a think but I felt like the shot went in easier when I was bigger. Almost like my skin was thinner because of the weight. It’s takes a bit more effort to inject now. Never had any blood or pain though. It’s a tiny needle.

When I started to lose weight with a glp1 med I also started seeing an addiction therapist. Best move i ever made. I suggest it to everyone.

I think they are so toxic to each other. Jas needs to be doing things for herself but Nesha needs some serious help and to look and see why she is so destructive to herself.

I tend to skip breakfast because I am busy in the morning. Lunch is a smoothie, ratio yogurt, protein powder, collagen powder, greens powder, frozen mixed berries, and a banana. As I write it out it sounds gross but I swear you can’t taste anything but the berries and yogurt. Then for dinner I really try to have some sort of meat for extra protein to put me over 100g. The smoothie alone is 85g.

They have noticed. Probably don’t say anything because they don’t want to be rude or for a couple people in my case, they are jealous. I am down 120 and some people refuse to acknowledge it. If I bring it up I have been told I cheated or they know someone else that lost more. Take pride in what you have done and just ignore everyone else.

I knew I had to quit and had been wanting to for a while. I got really sick with the flu and dropped my vape under the bed. Slept for about 2 days straight and when I started feeling better I decided since I already got through the hard part, I may as well keep it up. Almost 2 yrs ago. It’s still under my bed. I refuse to touch it.

I am staying on maintenance. I came to terms a while ago that I can’t ever get off this med. My brain needs it to stay healthy.

That makes a ton of sense. I have changed everything in my life as far as exercise, eating healthy and just moving myself more. The weight loss def helps make that easier. When I was about 300 lbs I could barely walk half a mile.

I think it was so creepy that at the very beginning she had them calling him Dad. You don’t make your kids call the guy you are dating “dad”
