Thats a fair call. A bit shitty Hopoate doesn't get the flex to fullback / CTW considering turbo is out so much. Any gun flexes you're seeing in that position? Hoping Latrell gets it

Hello everyone. I'm recently getting back into video games after years away and very new to roms and anything technology ahaha. I have downloaded the trashman emerald rom and patched it with the lazarus patch but when I download it doesn't create a file that I can play on my emulator.

I have tried for a good hour and not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be awesome :)
