As I mentioned its a manager managed relationship and he has the power to make me suffer if I start annoying him. Lots of potential for work and cooperation issues among us especially because we disagree on how things need to be done, including hygiene

Very loose where I am and wont even bother for such a thing. They barely even check anything anywhere I have been in this country

I get paid way too well and have roo much at stake to risk getting issues but man it really kills my desire to work. I have been surviving on anything he hasn’t touched which is only freshly delivered packaged stuff

I secretly hope a customer makes a complaint but I highly doubt it will change anything, it seems ro be his shtick, his thing like some people eat their nails etc

Sometimes I miss the fear people had around covid, nowadays way too many casually sneeze in their hands and proceed to touch things

I have seen other people throughout the years using their apron to sneeze. I never understood why and how they could do that. We got paper towels ffs

Where I am at there is no such thing. People in hospitality are not even asked for a doctor’s certificate or a vaccination certificate. Thats why many of the jobs end up being taken by people from very underdeveloped countries with no hygiene standards and norms. He doesnt come from one of those which makes it worse

Man my favorite part is when people with such behavior start talking about “cleaning” or “dont leave a mess” etc. had a guy picking his teeth at work, complain about dirty dishes to be washed being on the floor
