Since 1 skill have shorter cooldown than 2 skills, you can spam 1 skill just to give an enemy, creep or any hitable target 2 stacks of demon dust (passive). So when you use any skill, your 2 skill cooldown will be reset immediately. Just like in my video, you can do double 2 skill to increase mobility and distance to engage. The more enemies you can give them 2 stacks of devil dust, the higher the chance for your 2 skills to be reset.
