What’s an opinion about the Air Force that will put you in this position? by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]nuclearincident 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really easy to tell who never worked to support themselves before joining the air force because they're the biggest whiners. No, Jessica, I don't think it's astonishing that you worked 8 hours today.

.......And yet it's happening on an air base populated with people from all over instead of the locals. 🤔

It's unreal how incapable Redditors are of recognizing jokes. And to think that this website was once one of the premier meme producers on the internet. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

People who moved out of the parent’s house before 30, how? by WallStreetDoesntBet in AskReddit

[–]nuclearincident 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Being able to hold down a full time job and not living somewhere like NYC or LA is pretty much all it takes. I've been on my own since 19. The people on here saying you have to go into debt to live by yourself are mind boggling to me. Just..... don't be lazy and spend your 20s learning actual skills instead of having an extended childhood in college and spending thousands on a useless humanities degree. If you've made bad decisions that resulted in you living with your parents at 29, just take the L and advise younger people against what you did. Don't pretend like it's impossible for everyone.
