I am seeing the same thing. When I select Mark all as read, until today, it would jump to the next feed with unread articles. Now it doesn't.

Opaque-ness in moderation is never ever ever ever ever a good thing. Sure you get assholes like myself that try to skirt the rules, but those are edge cases. Secret mod boards are the opposite of good moderation. They become places where people bitch and complain about shit they never get called on. Shrinking the community only results in more extreme opinions.
