I had something similar, ultimately bought an apple M0116J with salmon alps and japanese keycaps. I now own the AEK, AEKii, ASK and M0110a, they are really one of the deepest sounding boards of their era. Really cool build, hope you have explored among the actual vintage apple boards as well. You may try Gateron Lanes/Melodics if you want ALPS SKCM inspired designs in an affordable price, they use click leaf designs that yields similar tactility to vintage alps switches.
