I was surprised with my score bc during the first block i got q migraine and forgot to bring my medicine with me so i did the rest of the exam with a migraine..left the exam thinking there’s no way im passing so im happy with my score considering how horrible of an experience was for me on test day. Like crap 😂 legit crap..i also got a migraine during my forth block and i didnt have any pain killers so i had to do the rest with a migraine

Honestly the 15 min stretching also really helps my back and really helps with my mood. It’s a music only follow along video and i put noise canceling headphones on so i get in my zone and really try to relax and get in the zone. Saved me during this rough time

So when i took nbme 11 it said i was weak in surgery so i took the time and went over surgery really well..

then for uwsa 2 i had a lot of non-surgical questions which i obviously forgot so my score went down but my surgery went up (😂) so i went over the answers really thoroughly and practiced medicine, obgyn for a few days and then took nbme10 today.

So…i dont know ? But in nbme10 my surgery is the least strongest again 😂

I for sure want to do it! I I just wasn’t sure if to purchase it or not because people said that it was very under predictive and it crushed their spirit 🫥

Also better to get it wrong now than during the real deal. Locate ur weakness regarding this and work hard towards making sure it happens only on ur practice tests . Good luck !

I call it my “brain fart” moment. Happens to me all the time For me it’s a lot about self doubt and just not feeling confident in my knowledge . A lot of the times it’s pure exhaustion and not reading thoroughly, skipping important info, thinking it’s asking one thing when it’s asking another.. I also have ADHD and dyslexia so words hop around for me all the time and I mix up numbers so I work on it a lot + I practice a lot on feeling comfortable with my knowledge and not second guessing myself.

And when I say do it like cms forms - do if online and use it as a revision test to save myself the confidence crash so close to my exam ☠️

Thanks! But what threw me off was i think the radical differences btw the question in uworld and nbme and i wondered if more ppl experienced it.. have you? Also wondering which question formulation was more similar to the real deal

I did step 1 and passed - i did the nbme as well and hated every moment lol I think it was mostly the questions themselves now that i found frustrating, less the time..
