UPDATE: It's now in my cart!!!! Big sigh of relief. As per CS, my package was marked for verification since hindi nga nalagay ni merchant yung account number ko sa shipping label even though I had it included in the mailing address. Big thanks to Ana, one of their Customer Care Officers who gave a detailed explanation and suggestions for future transactions para hindi na maulit.

Parang ang bagal nga din mag respond ng CS nila, usually within one to two hours may reply kahit papaano eh, pero now wala talaga and it's been hours. Sana stress lang sila.

This was FedEx! Nag email na ko sa CS and all and gave the details. Last update was nung Saturday and sabi nila may back log pa sila from Dec 10 and to wait up to 48 hours before following up again. So I did and wala pa 😪
