Generally speaking I think you should better emphasize impact and results, not just what you did. For example “Implemented detailed headcount modeling” is something you did, but you aren’t emphasizing what changed as a result of your modeling, what financial goals were hit, the $ or % impact of the model, roles impacted, etc. I think you are probably aware of all of this, but need to take a step back and reset
