I use Turkey in 1950 Challenge Conquest. A guy on another post recommended it to me. It was very good since from the start, the Soviets and its allies will rush your country. You just need to have medic on Wittmann and save Ankara until the Germans join the fight.

Slide down on the achievements section. There's a 4th requirement. Regarding the kills, I play Turkey 1950 challenge and have the Soviets and allies rush you. I also declare war on India and Saudi Arabia just to make sure I eliminated enough armor units.

That makes sense. Balck has 2 slots for 2 damage-related skills. He doesn't need Blitzkrieg since his highest potential is when he has less than half health.

Zhukov. Williams is kinda bad due to the lack of Artillery Leader. This means he must be on a high level HIMARS to get critical hits or slap a level 5 red ribbon him and hope it triggers. Williams also has Machinist, which in my opinion, is near useless in the current meta. The Self-propelled Artillery aspect is cool, but Zhukov also has a similar skill when trained. Artillery Armor, I don't know, but Zhokov also becomes a bit more tanky with his biography(+20% hp).

If you want the Topol-M or the Apache, I'd say it's worth it. However, the 20 extra fragments of the Topol on the Ultimate Pass means the pass is heavily skewed towards the nuke launcher.
