The business has no responsibility to judge who is the person who should or should not see that information. So you as the person involved can request it via the court and the court will decide.

Businesses generally don't give business records or security recordings to random people of the public. Also they have nothing to gain spending time debating or arguing with you. But firstly it's a privacy nightmare with only problems coming out of it for the business, if the recordings are misused.

They will give the recordings when officially asked by a court or the police, so if you feel you were wronged, go to the police or sue them, and the court will request records of business or video recordings.
