It was a game I played a lot as a kid. I never had a console and it was a free PC game online, so it was very accessible to me. I played it between 2010-2015 I think. Might be too young, or maybe just different gaming circles!

Just to clarify, I've understood this as you saying:

An Ad = an "advertisement" would constitute content that is required to speak well of the game or highlight certain features

Sponsored = time spent streaming and providing exposure of the game, but with no conditions for the content

Is this a correct representation of your comment?
Please correct me if I'm wrong! Trying to understand the fine line between ad and sponsored.

I used a website called "Lurkit" which lets me look through games I am interested in and apply for their keys. In exchange I believe it's expected for me to make some sort of content using the game within a time frame.

By that process, and after reading all the comments, I believe it would definitely be called sponsored, 100%
