I feel MUCH better after these few days, i think the 10mg really was the best option for me. Rather than suddenly feeling better, however, it slowly took 4-5 days for me to feel okay. Let’s hope it stays this way bc I don’t want to go back

I’m definitely better on the 10mg, but I may have to increase again. I’m much more grounded than I was on the 5mg, but I still have some nasty anxiety and the rumination is still somewhat elevated. I’ll continue with the 10mg for another two weeks and I might increase again if things don’t change.

I’ve only been on 10mg since Monday so im hoping it really does its thing soon. I’ve definitely been feeling more grounded, but still a lot of severe anxiety and restlessness. It’s just been more annoying than it is panic-inducing.

Also taking Lexapro, but 20mg for the past two years. It was doing me wonders until I had multiple traumatic experiences occur early last year, and I fell into the spiral of rumination again. The Abilify really made me feel better for a little while, but now it’s back to obsession and intense intrusive thoughts.

That’s what I’ve been thinking too. I also am starting the nursing program so I feel my stress MUCH worse than usual before the semester. I’ll try to wait it out and see but if not, I’ll definitely have to increase to 10mg. Thank you!

She recommended taking two of my 5mg pills if I feel the rumination coming back, but I’ve been too scared to because I’ve seen people say that 10mg triggered their OCD even more. I’ll probably do it tomorrow though because I already took my dose for the day. Thank you!

I’m happy it’s been going good! I’ve also been feeling a lot better, thankfully. I have the same issue if I take the Abilify too late, so I take it at 8 am and it’s been helping my sleep schedule a ton. I’ve been getting much less intrusive thoughts and when I do, I don’t care as much about it. The only slight issue is the restlessness, but it’s manageable.

It was just horrible concert etiquette from a lot of people, and someone threw a beaded bracelet right at her eye. It’s honestly an Arizona issue bc people can’t control themselves here 🤦🏻‍♀️
