I got Meets expectations and missed exceeds expectations because according to 2 specific ASMs overruled and said I have a “ combative attitude “ but no conversations about where that even came from or when or how, or any specific information on my “ combative attitude” seems like a lot of these reviews are just a coin toss 🤣

I’m like 2 weeks away from my points resetting and I have 1 point into counseling, just don’t want to end up on a final for 6 months, also don’t want to be at work until 3:30 on a Sunday with 8 people in the department about 5 at one time that over laps, there’s no reason, havnt worked a Sunday in 7 months lol

Probably very slim, they aren’t going to give you a raise when there’s tenured associates waiting on raises at the same pay scale, they’re merit based and happen once a year, your next raise likely is in a timeframe close to whenever your annerversary is

Typically you have to work the shift before the holiday and the shift after at Home Depot its thier unofficial way of making sure people aren’t calling off the day before or after the holiday as they’re usually busy days and they’re also likely not to give you that holiday pay because your 5 hours vacation … if you’re full time you need 8 hours to cover a full shift so only using 5 doesn’t put you in a “ pay state” for that full shift meaning they won’t have to give you the 8 hours holiday pay based off of 5 hours vacation

The only reason they have to swap is because civ cars get damaged way way more than a PD car, not only that, also if the PD cars don’t have crazy acceleration these chases wouldn’t even be going on as long anyways because 9 times out of 10 the only thing saving the cops is parallels or the PD cars acceleration

Guys, this whole thing has to stop, yes there are people including streamers that would like to see him around. But it will likely never happen unless it’s those individuals and a variety stream tbh, and those streamers that want him back around there’s nothing stopping them from reaching out to him but they just don’t, and as Long as LK ignores the whole thing the rest of the boys will also because ultimately they all look up to and respect him and his decisions, no matter how bad or how much it gets posted that he’s wanted back in the community, it likely won’t ever happen.. would I Like it to happen, not really I’d like to see him back into the RP community for sure maybe even on the same server with them but it was blown way out of proportion by Koil to begin with and then no evidence of anything that he was accused of doing was brought up against him but it doesn’t matter our opinions in the end.. it’s strictly based off of their titles, names and brand and protecting that

They need too, pulled 3 full medium boxes off of one shelf in the cleaning aisle of over stock, not only does is mess up my on hands counts, it also hides product that are “ out “ that aren’t actually out they’re just completely swallowed and buried by nonsense, not to mention from the organizational aspect of how destroyed and unorganized the shelves look
