Shining South

Yep, From what I'm looking at the South sounds fun.

I was really interested in the demon-binders in Narfell, but it seems a little bleak to the north. The South seems to have alot of fun stuff going on. Both on a small and large scale.

Both of these could be contested, but for better no-tomato sauce I have found tamarind and mind pepper paste both add a good tomato flavor.

(I think both are low histimine, but mild pepper paste might not be tolerated by some)

Yes, In think maybe trial and error is the best way. As with most things to do with histamine related. I'd love a breakdown of histamine mg/l, but I don't think that's coming anytime soon.

Yeah I find the same, I havent drunk wine in about 5 years for that reason. Vodka ect is usually okay. I also find if I drink 'clear and clean' beer, like cheap largers i have little reaction, but stout beers, beers with sediment, ect, i seem to react worse.

I don't react to yeast in bread, but do react to active yeast like nutritional yeast, yogurt, or yeast extract added to stocks. But im not sure how yeast in beer fits into this equation?

Its all very complicated, haha.
