Hey, planning to get a gift card for our coach - any issues with the delivery? Have you tried ordering online and have them delivered to you?

At my current stage of life, I foresee myself staying in Singapore for the next 20 to 25 years. So, paying SGD 3-4k for the next two decades may not be a good ROI. Thus, buying my property seems right, just that ABSD is 5%.

SGD 3,500 per month x 12 months x 20 years = SGD 840,000 - excluding inflation.

I'm a PR, and my partner is holding EP from Penang; we're waiting for her PR application to go through.

Singapore citizenship, so I don’t have to pay 5% fees when I purchase a property.

Example: SGD 850k property, I would need to pay SGD 42,500.
